NEW CONTRUCTION PROJECTS

We achieve our design goals through a customized design process geared toward providing our clients and building teams with documents that clearly communicate our shared vision. The process starts from the ground up. We work closely alongside the contractors and architects to ensure that our selections are made, approved, and ordered in line with the building schedule, and that any modifications are clear to all in our detail documentation. Staying ahead in the process ensures that there are no interruptions in the construction of your home and no last minute surprises.

REMODEL AND/OR FURNISHING PROJECTS

Remodel projects include entire homes with all new floor plans as well as makeovers of specific rooms to change or update the style, and may include only hard finishes such as cabinetry, tile, or lighting, or furnishing design as well. Tailored furnishing plans include lighting, art and accessories, a unique selection of fabrics and textures, and custom designed furnishing pieces scaled to fit your space and personal style.

HOSPITALITY PROJECTS

Hospitality services include specifications for restaurants, bars, lounges, spas, and hotels. Restaurant projects include Azul Latin Kitchen in South Lake Tahoe at the base of Heavenly Ski Resort, for which we created a rustic and playful look with reclaimed woods and brightly colored tiles and textiles in the blue hues of Lake Tahoe. We are currently working on a redesign of a lodge in Olympic Valley at the base of Palisades Tahoe ski resort. The project is progressing beautifully and it is exciting to see the new and more elegant mountain style design coming to life.
